Melodic, beautifully produced and arranged (often with just vocal, acoustic guitar, and piano), this is easily amongst the best music to emerge from the Finn camp. The lyrics, though not groundbreaking or really thought-provoking, compliment the relaxed feel of the music, and Tim Finn is in great voice throughout. The exclusion of the tracks Snowbound and False Hope, both of which disrupt the flowing melodies of the rest of the album, would’ve made this an even better effort.
