Greek Salad

 Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 iceberg lettuce

2 red onions

½ cucumber

4 tomatoes

200g of Feta cheese

Method:

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce in half vertically.
  2. Cut off about 2 cm from the bottom. Bin this.
  3. Put the lettuce flat side down and slice in to strips.
  4. Put in a large bowl.
  5. Peel and chop the onions in to cubes.
  6. Add to the lettuce.
  7. Chop the tomatoes in to cubes.
  8. Add to the salad bowl.
  9. Cut the end of the cucumber off and bin this.
  10. Slice the cucumber and quarter each ring.
  11. Add to the bowl of salad.
  12. Cube the feta cheese, then crumble over the top of the salad.
  13. You can add oil and salt, if you desire.
  14. Goes nice as a side to Greek Moussaka.
